I need this to work. I even tried the call with other cities (major ones) but they also don't return proper data.

- Platform/browser (Mac, Dell, etc, Chrome, IE, Safari, etc). If it's a smart phone, be sure to tell me which model. If you're running an older OS, please mention it.
- Screen shot with URL visible if possible. If you can, also show the browser console, aka javascript console. This should also include the location for the weather.
- Date/time and location of the machine (phone, computer) making the call (no assumptions about looking only at local weather from me!).
- The path you took to the page. Where did you start in the WU sphere? How did you get to 10-day from there?
I'm a user of the web site too, I've seen this (highly intermittent) error as well. I know this is a lot of information, but an intermittent error is hard to catch/reproduce, and the more data we have the more likely it is to get fixed. The techs haven't been able to reproduce it, but if we can catch it, hopefully we can provide the info they need to fix it.
Thank you, and good luck!

Also, please keep in mind there is a mechanism for reporting errors on the Weather Underground web site. At the moment, I'm the exact same person who will help you there. But it makes the work flow a lot easier to handle. WU web site feedback and support: https://feedback.weather.com/?b_id=17298

A) What browser/app, device/computer you're having the problem with?
B) What the problem actually is? Is the page not plotting correctly, 404 error, what exactly?
C) Are you logged in to wundergound.com when the error occurs?
D) What path are you taking to get to the page(s) that you're having trouble with?
E) Have you tried clearing cache and/or reloading the page (the counter-clockwise arrow usually found to the left of the navigation bar in most browsers) or rebooting the app on a mobile device?
F) What is the frequency of the error? All the time, intermittent?
Thank you!

However, with Chrome's recent update, all manner of things have gotten wildly flaky. For instance, I cannot, for love or money, log in to this Forum with Chrome now. I know on my own computer, this is almost entirely a Chrome issue -- other browsers don't behave the same way. Needless to say, I'm reporting the errors, but I would expect that those triaging the errors will put single-browser issues below all-browser issues.

Log in to wunderground.com. Click on the gear wheel in the upper right and change the units to Celsius. Go somewhere on the site. Change back to Fahrenheit.
Now look at the 10-day page. It should display correctly.
If not, drop me an email.

I am going to assume you're using Windows machines. Follow these steps to clear it out without affecting your other sites:
Chrome:
Open Chrome. Navigate to www.wunderground.com. Don't try to log in. Press F12, and if F12 opens “airplane mode”, press Shift-F12. On the top bar of the pane that opens up, go to "Application" (it may be off the right part of the pane, under >>). It will give you a list of storage locations down the left. Open up "Local Storage", "Cookies" and "Cache Storage". (Newer versions of Chrome will give you a “clear all local storage” option.) Right click on the wunderground.com URL in each of these locations and select delete/clear. When you're done with all three, close the wunderground.com window completely. Open a new window. Wunderground should now behave normally.
Edge:
Open www.wunderground.com. Click F12 to open the Javascript console. Click on the "Debugger" tab along the top row of the console pane (it may be hidden under the downward pointing arrow if your window is small). Click on the folder icon on the left. Open "Local Storage", "Cookies", and "Cache Storage". Look for www.wunderground.com inside each of these. Click inside the wunderground contents, and then click Control-A (to select everything) and then DELETE to delete everything you selected. When you've done this for all three, close the window (both for the console and wunderground). Open a new window for wunderground. It may take a few seconds extra to load up and re-create everything, but once it does, it should display correctly.
Thank you for using Weather Underground!
