Ad-free membership cancelled without notice?

As of sometime today, it appears my paid ad-free membership was cancelled without any notice or explanation. Suddenly I can no longer log in nor reset my password. Has this happened to anyone else?

Mine too, took my money got nothing. Never have received a notificstion. Total scam.

Same thing here. I've been a paid member for ten or more years and I can't log in at all tonight on my computer. Thought it was because I cleared my cache and cookies but now I'm unable to log back in. I'm still logged in on the app on my iPhone. Weird.

No, no, folks, it's an error on the web site.  I've reported it and they're in the process of fixing it.  It was doing it to me too!  

I posted a new main note about this, and I will update there (and here) when it's fixed.

My subscription got cancelled because I didn't realize you had my old

credit card info.  I need to give you my new bank card info and I'm just getting

the run around on this site.  I need this account back up, do you have a phone

# with a live person I can talk to, or just a plain easy "here enter new cc info"

I went to billing option, I went everywhere and got nowhere.  HELP!

Nate, what subscription are you talking about -- the "premium" membership on WU's web site?  For that, go to:  https://www.wunderground.com/member/settings and click on "Extend your membership".  If it's giving you a lot of trouble, clear cache on your browser before going in, click on "delete membership" and start again.

This forum is for Weather Underground's API, which is something different.  

I looked for you in the API accounts without success, so if it is indeed the API you're looking for, please email me at the address below.
