Hi there,
can someone activate our account again, please? I always get alerts and I can't reactivate the account. We had some problems with the credit card - but we solved that issue and the new credit card data is updated at yourside. So everything is okay now- from ourside. The only thing we are missing is the Weather Underground reactivation to Drizzle. Let me be informed what we can do, please?
Best Regards,
S. Eichstaedt

This is the email we get:
Hello,

Your wunderground API key (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) exceeded its allotted usage today by making 501 calls in a day but the limit is 500.
This feature_id has been disabled for the remainder of the day: forecast7day.
We check usage for 24-hour periods based on U.S. Eastern Time.

The plan you are registered for is Stratus - Drizzle, granting you 5000 calls per day with 100 calls per minute limit for all of the features in the Stratus package. To upgrade your plan go to: http://www.wunderground.com/weather/a...

Details: exceededcalls_forecast7day: calls: 501 (of 500)
Time: Sun, Jan 13, 2013 09:30 EST

Thank you,
wunderground.com API Team

You're trying to call a feature, forecast7day, which is not in your Stratus plan. You need to use the /forecast/ feature. The forecast7day is in the Cumulus plan. Your account is going over not because of billing, but because of calling data outside your plan. If you change your account to be Cumulus, or use /forecast/ it will fix your problem.

Thanks for response.
It's true. We have to use the 3 day forecast and not the 7 day forecast. We will replace this at the source code.
