Allotted Usage Exceeded - Email

I have a subscription for Drizzle which allows my application to make 100 calls per minute to the API. This morning at 11 AM, my application exceeded this limit and I received an email notifying me that my key will be disabled for the rest of the day. I have since not made any calls. However, I have been receiving 2 emails every 30 min with the same content as the earlier email informing me of the overage. Is this going to continue for the rest of day? My inbox is being flooded with these emails. Could you please let me know why this is happening.
