We have reports from multiple European customers of WU API not returning PWS stations when doing a geolookup. As an example, the following query has the problem:

If I look on your Wundermap then there are lots of PWS in this area...

from the other side i cannot understand why some problems still after 1 week, i hope programmers resolve this problem and at the future wu resolve and some other problems with api because is not very stable data 1 year now.
but we love wu because gives so manys apis to us to work with this apis. thanks wu and now is the time to need be more patiense all of us

I understand that these changes can be difficult but I want to assure you that Personal Weather Station (PWS) contributors will continue to have complete access to their own data as well as a limited range of additional data, such as short-term forecast, through the Weather Underground API as well as through the Wunderground web site. If you have a PWS currently reporting to us, your access for that data is, and will be, free.
There are a variety of other open access services. You are free to make your own choices in that regard. Every site is going to go through changes, some of which may seem reasonable and some of which won't. If you're already connected to Weather Underground, you're already part of the community. I've personally been on WU for decades, and I know I'm not turning away anytime soon.
I'm pretty sure no one at WU is evil. Just real people working really hard to do the best that they can.

That said "failing to load" doesn't tell me much. Failing to load what? Where? On what sort of device? "Connect to stations" meaning PWSs you control?
I'll need more information in order to report an issue.

OK - Once again I received an email about this post. At the bottom of that message is a link to "stop receiving....." stuff about this. So I click on it and I end up HERE. Now - how do I unsubscribe from this???? There is no LINK here! This is such a frustrating forum. Not only do they not seem to resolve anything but you can't even stop it!

1. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the base Forum page.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click on "Email & Notifications".
4. Edit the settings.
5. Click on the green "Save Email & Notifications" button.
That should do it.
