Issue is intermittent (the kind all software engineers and IT folken love (?) the most).
Having battled (... errr worked with) computers for nearly 50 years, it appears to me that not enough thought went into what might go wrong in the 'cloud'.

YES! They are working. I have three of them and they are doing well. Only other issues I see is where it shows how many views there have been on a personal weather station. View counter. Stuck on 1. Thank you all for the hard work!!

They show up on the list, but when I try to associate a webcam to a station and press "save", nothing happens (I'm using the station edit screen). See station KNEROUND3 as an example.
Thanks for all the work you guys doing getting things back up! I know it's a rough ride.

Yep, Cameras died again. I am using FTP from three camsaround the country. Last post from the cameras was 8:15 pm. WU site is running very slow also. Counter for site visits stuck at 1. Unable to update STATUS section. Will not save changes. Oh, forgot to mention the weather graphs and table not working.

For example, in Russia/Saint-Petersburg there used to be around 30 stations reported.
Now just 1 station.

Looks like one of the two images on that page is working as of right now, but it refreshes every 5 minutes so it will probably be on-again-off-again.

Now past month,wont load,says RY LATER. Daily I'd go thru steps to clear cache to open it. Uninstalled 7 times! Today installed hoping it works,nope . Cleared cache of 3.9, didn't work....WHY?

The best place for this information is in the feedback on the Weather Underground web site. This Forum is for APIs, and no one who works on the WU apps or web sites monitors it.

As I noted above, no one who working on the Android app is monitoring this space. The ONLY places I know of to report problems is via the app itself or via the feedback form on the web, https://feedback.weather.com/customer/en/portal/topics/1112033-weather-apps-android-/articles?b_id=17298
You should also note that statements like "fix this app" are unlikely to ever be responded to. If the note does not provide any kind of actionable information, most of the time we are just too busy to start a dialogue about what the problem actually is.
There is an entire team of people working on the app, so keep your eyes open for updates!
