API Calls Limit and, RAINDROPS!

Hello there,

A quick question that can hopefully be answered by some documentation and/or a topic reply.

We pay $20 per month for 5000 API calls per day. Over the past few weeks, we have had odd days where we have exceeded this limit by about 10000 (we made 15000 API calls in a single day) and it's led to our weather widget to stop working.

The problem is, we have many raindrops left over. Shouldn't our raindrops cover any instances of us going over our 5000 API call limit (irrespective of us going over by 1, 100, 1000, 5000 or 10000)?

As well, please reply to mazdakmohammadi@intranetconnections.com if at all possible. The email associated with this account is a general one we use for our vendors. Looking forward to your response/assistance!

Best regards,
