API forecast no longer accurate...

I use API weather forecasts for the Sebring, FL area. They used to match Wunderground forecasts shown on the Wunderground site for Sebring, FL. That is no longer the case. What has happened, and why are the forecasts no longer accurate?

I see the same issue with other locations. The forecast is no longer accurate (as it used to be)... My main trafic location is ICAO 'LRBS'.

I'm just hoping that the new forecast system will be implemented ASAP on API, as I'm loosing clients...

Thanks

Would like to hear from a representative of Wunderground. Any help on the way?

We're testing a new forecasting system on the website, and the API still uses the older forecasting system. The website and the API wont' match exactly, until we rollout the new forecasting system.

We're still working on the new system and don't have an ETA on its release, but once we roll it out, they'll match.

Dear WU Team,

Can you please explain why for some stations the API forecast is no longer accurate? is way off... e.g. huge differences in forecasted temperature vs actual. (Icao LRBS today: forecast 18C, actual max 10C). this is not acceptable, and was not the case in the past. What was changed in the API forecasting system in the past 2-3 month? (at least for the same location the WU website was not by so much off forecst 14C).

Please treat this issue as a very serious one, as we are loosing clients on our website (and BTW, is associated with wunderground logo). We have huge complaints on social media... We will have no other alternative than to look for a new provider - and I'm a paying client of yours.

Thanks for understanding.
