I am planning to use the sunset and precipitation data of Weather Underground in a personal project that is an alarm clock that will display a dot if it is going to rain and use the sunrise & sunset data to accordingly set the color of the time displayed.
The clock will be using a 8x24 matrix of RGB leds (so there would be only 8 dots going up and 24 across that can be multicolor [so it's like a 8px by 24px screen]).
Because of this, how would I be able to attribute Weather Underground with the logo?
I could somehow make an "about mode" for the clock and just display scrolling text that says something like "weather data from Weather Underground", but it would be impossible to display the logo with such a limited resolution.
Would I be able to omit the logo since it is a personal project?
The only way I can think of solving this is to have a sticker with the logo on it, but that would be very intrusive to the display (unless I would be able to hide it on the side).
