We created our biz account years ago and haven't needed to log in for a while. We're now running into 2M daily calls limit caps and need to make changes.
When I try to log-in to our account, it says email doesn't exist in the system, even though we're getting 1-8 emails a day to that account. I've tried reaching WU using email, forms, and the phone number but can't reach anyone.
So - how the heck am I supposed to get login tech support?
