The day of the year seems not correct.
This is what I get for today March 8th 2016 -> day of the year 68:

{"FCTTIME":{"hour":"15","hour_padded":"15","min":"00","min_unpadded":"0","sec":"0","year":"2016","mon":"3",
"mon_padded":"03","mon_abbrev":"Mar","mday":"8","mday_padded":"08","yday":"67",
"isdst":"0","epoch":"1457445600","pretty":"3:00 PM CET on March 08, 2016","civil":"3:00 PM","month_name":"March","month_name_abbrev":"Mar","weekday_name":"Tuesday","weekday_name_night":"Tuesday Night","weekday_name_abbrev":"Tue","weekday_name_unlang":"Tuesday","weekday_name_night_unlang":"Tuesday Night","ampm":"PM","tz":"","age":"","UTCDATE":""},"temp":{"english":"45","metric":"7"},"dewpoint":{"english":"36","metric":"2"},"condition":"Overcast","icon":"cloudy","icon_url":"http://icons.wxug.com/i/c/k/cloudy.gif","fctcode":"4","sky":"...}

Is this a bug related to the leap year?

Looking forward to answers!

Andrea, It's because the Wunderground API starts the calculations for 'day of the year' from 0 and not 1. It's not a bug related to the leap year.
