Canadian town names no longer show up in radar

We have been using API across Canada for a few years now.
As of a few days ago, town names are not showing up in radar images.



Here is an example of the request made (minus key)
http://api.wunderground.com/api/API_K...

This happens all across Canada, even from wunderground.com website as a general user.

Any ideas?
