Cannot access 10 day forecast after updating Cumulus plan

I updated my plan to cumulus to access the 10 day forecast but I cannot access the new cumulus endpoints yet.  Its very expensive so I would like to get this access sorted out.  I have updated my api key and all required things.  I am receiving these errors everytime I try to repurchase.
