Can't find the "Upgrade" button or the billing information

My subscription has expired and I don't know how. Everyone says to click the Upgrade button in the left corner but I don't see one. I can't even find the Billing dept. Are they invisible? Is it a secret?

Hi, Elvin, I would guess I'm as close to a billing department as we have.
