Anyone know how to contact support? I've been emailing help@wunderground.com for WEEKS with no reply. The only phone number I can find is for advertising which doesn't work, and when I contact The Weather Channel, they tell me to email help@wunderground.com. Beyond frustrating.

My billing is wrong and I need to talk to someone in support!!!

I am also very frustrated. Wundergroud is literally brash. They do not respond,,,not communicate, I also need to know what is with my pay API and when will the Wunderground API be stopped ?

I think the help@wunderground.com address goes directly into the circular file for burning. I haven't gotten any replies from there either. You might have better luck with sales@wunderground. I'm not sure that's a legitimate address, but the sales department is usually more responsive than support.  I wouldn't bother submitting a support ticket either - never heard back from the few I submitted.

https://business.weather.com/contact  is a parent company page with a bunch of numbers you can try. I was able to get a person on the phone and got attention (if not resolution) to my issue here on the forums within 24 hours of that.

Persistence is the only way to actually speak to a human being seemingly. It took me a few tries. Of course, you could cancel your payments (or ask your credit card company to dispute the most recent charge) and see if that raises anyone's eyebrows.

Buena suerte.

Two emails and one support ticket garnered zero responses.  Taking to someone at the parent company got me a response here on the forums (NOT a fix, mind you) within 24 hours.

The really sad part is that there are so many PWS users out there that don't do any programming or use a dev key and they don't even know this is happening. Most of them will just continue to send WU their data. WU knows this, loosing a relative small part of the PWS's will have so little impact on the total number of PWS's that they absolutely don't care. I bet 90% of PWS users have never looked at this forum and just blindly send them data.

So, there is little hope for us to change things.
The storm will blow over for them while they just ignore the rest of us.
I did stop sending my data.
It was a personal victory for me.

Well there's a way to fix that too......look up the PWS's and try to find them or post this everywhere you can find......facebook, twitter, instagram...... anywhere!!!
