Different Forecast in English and German Language?

I am trying to use the Forecast API in German language, and I found some strange differences...

Using this URI

gives me a different result than the same in English:

Let's take a look at the forecast-data for period 6 (Thursday).

In English it reads: "Partly cloudy skies. High 28C. Winds SSE at 10 to 15 km/h."
In German it reads: "Teilweise bedeckt. Höchsttemperatur 28C. Wind aus WNW mit 10 bis 15 km/h."

So, in English it tells me, wind comes from South-South-East, but in German language the wind is coming from "West-North-West"?

I'm confused...

This issue is no longer present, though this type of thing can happen with our system.  Each forecast is generated on the fly then cached for a short period of time, its possible you grabbed a cached forecast for one language, and a fresh forecast with the other language.

The complete 180 degree shift in the winds actually make sense here due to the topography of the region, Sankt Johann sits in an intersection of valleys, this causes the winds to preferentially come from only a couple of directions, nne and ssw being the two most likely.
Other factors that go into changing forecast for mountain areas include, downsloping winds, eddies formed by the mountains and just plain changeable weather several days out.

Thanks for your question, and I hope this answer is to your satisfaction.
