I need low cloud, medium cloud, and high cloud coverage data. But as so far I can't really find anything like that in the API. Is it not there or I'm just blind?

We don't have cloud cover by height or by percentage. But we use the same partly cloudy / cloudy / etc terms that the NWS do. Here's a link that explains the terms:

Are you sure? Looking at a location on Wunderground I can see Clouds data with types of cloud and altitude in metres. Surely this can then be accessed through the API?

Ignore that - I note that Wunderground gets cloud level data from the nearest valid METAR it can find.
