Exceeding rate plan for feature but we have 10,000 calls per minute?

Hi

We are making the request below and getting a response of:
a requested feature is not valid due to exceeding rate plan

We are hitting this limit even though we thought we had 10,000 requests per minute.

What are we doing wrong?
Where can we see the limit per feature?
Can we work with someone for a custom plan to get the features we want increased?

You're currently signed up for the plan that has a 3 day forecast but you're trying to access the 10 day forecast. Change it to /forecast/ or update your key to Cumulus.

Hi Brendan - Thanks for the reply! Very helpful. We are trying to upgrade our account -- to move to Cumulus but it isn't working. We select our current key and select Cumulus and select downpour but the website isn't accepting our update. We have tried logging in and logging out and have tried on two machines. Can you help -- or email me directly? Thanks!

Sure thing, if you get in touch with our Tech Support we can help you through that. Let Tech Support know we were discussing this in the forums and we can get it sorted, and include your API key. We just updated the billing page. We can change it through admin tools.
