Excel WEBSERVICE with XML History #VALUE error

Trying to use =WEBSERVICE() function in excel with =FILTERXML() to pull historical data. The functions work for today's date, but does not work with previous dates (So character limit is not the problem). The xml link opens when I click on it and has the data and it is counted in my usage stats, but excel returns #VALUE in the cell. Also, JSON works fine, but XML does not but because I need to use FILTERXML, I cannot use JSON format. Is there anyway to fix this?

Some error issue really damaged our mind. I have faced the same excel web service issue in my excel sheet . Then I switched ms excel from 2016 to 2019. But I faced another error message microsoft excel has stopped working and could not open my excel file.
