Excel 2013 "history" API formula not returning values other than for today's date.

This is my API Webservice formula, which is returning #VALUE! error when I use a plug date other than today. It works perfectly for today's date!

=WEBSERVICE("http://api.wunderground.com/api/" & APIkey & "/history_" & Date & "/q/" & ZipCode & ".xml")

I have Evaluated the formula and all variables appear to be plugging into the formula with no problems and in the proper format. I am using 11973 as the zip code and 20140325 as the date. When I change the date to 20140310 or any other date before today it throws the error.

Please help decipher this error, or point out if there is a better API to use for historical and current conditions.

Thanks!
Brett

I couldn't reproduce the error on this end.

If you put the correct string in a browser, does it work for you?

Hello,
I am having the same problem. When I type:
=WEBSERVICE("http://api.wunderground.com/api/"api"/history_20161003/q/10029.xml")
I get a value error for every date except for today's date. Could you please let me know how I can fix this issue.
Thank you!

I am having the same problem, today's date works but fails for all other dates.
