given the following query:
api/[key]/forecast10day/pws:1/q/pws:IALBERTA612.json

I get this chunk of data in return;

"simpleforecast": {
	"forecastday": [
		{
			"date": {
	   		"epoch":"1492736400",
			"pretty":"7:00 PM MDT on April 20, 2017",
			"day":20,
			"month":4,
			"year":2017,
			"yday":109,
			"hour":19,
			"min":"00",
			"sec":0,
			"isdst":"1",
			"monthname":"April",
			"monthname_short":"Apr",
			"weekday_short":"Thu",
			"weekday":"Thursday",
			"ampm":"PM",
			"tz_short":"MDT",
			"tz_long":"America/Edmonton"
			},
			"period":1,
			"high": {
				"fahrenheit":"",
				"celsius":""
			},
			"low": {
				"fahrenheit":"33",
				"celsius":"1"
			},
			...
		},
		...
	],
	...
}

(note the totally empty "high" values).

This is clearly not correct.

Is there an explanation for this, or a currently known issue? When can I expect this to be resolved?

As a side note, pre-emptive "API outage notifications" or issue bulletins would be very nice for the developers that rely on your service for data. You'd do well to improve this sort of communication.
