frequent querynotfound error when running scheduled php script on server

We setup our own personal weather station (id: IONTARIO645) and I'm getting sporadic querynotfound errors that happen quite often.

I'm calling the api using a PHP script that is scheduled to execute every 5 min using a cron task. The php calls the api in json format then writes it to a text file.

In javascript I then pull the data from the text file and use it for our website

Whenever I get the querynotfound error from my php script, I execute the api from the web browser and it seems to be working.

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem? Is it my php script?

I would be interested in knowing what the Weather Underground has to say about querynotfound errors on your weather station. Especially if you believe it has been working fine the entire time. I see a fair number of these errors across their system but have never known if it is because the weather stations were judged poor quality or if there is some glitch.

p.s. On one occasion I came across a renamed PWS, giving a querynotfound for the old name, but they indicated that was a rare occurrence.
