May be corrupted database for API, maybe not triggering for that location address query fragment? WU employees can investigate it.

Via autocomplete API discovered /q/locid:ASXX4353.xml as a raw working alternative

Hi, the site uses an autocomplete api to discover the way to query locations.  You can use this as well
http://www.wunderground.com/weather/api/d/docs?d=autocomplete-api
This contains all of our location database in a searchable way
the mossman query would return a field
http://autocomplete.wunderground.com/aq?&query=mossman,%20au
  • l: "/q/locid:ASXX4353",
which you can use to make a request to the API
