How can I integrate the WU radar overlay with the Google Maps SDK for iOS?

I would like to overlay the Weather Underground radar images onto a Google MapView object on iOS. GMSMapView supports overlays, but uses a different system to generate them: a target set of coordinates and a zoom level. It also provides the ability to create tiled overlays using that information.

How would you recommend converting the min/max lat and long for the WU radar queries to the target/zoom requirements of the Google MapView?

Thanks in advance!

It sounds like what you need is for us to provide tile graphics for the radar images that would align with the map. We are working on providing that for API users, and hopefully we can get that integrated into the system this year.

Hi William,
Has tile graphics been added to the API yet? This would be a fantastic addition to the service, especially with the way everything is moving to mobile and dynamic maps. We would be very interested in using this.

Thanks
