Interpreting and understanding the hourly forecast scales

I'm currenlty having a hard time interpreting the hourly forecast data. In particular: dewpoint, sky, windspeed, humidity, snow, mslp, qpf. What are the scales on these variables? For example, sky has a value of 95. What does 95 actually mean? Some of these variables have an english definition and some have a metric definition, how do I interpret this?

For Sky, the 95 means 95% cloud cover.

Thanks! How about the other variables? And where is this all documented?
