Lightning, Wind Gust, and Ice data in forecast APIs?

Can I get cloud/ground lightning predictions in the hourly10day forcast API call (or any other API call for that matter)? I'm looking for some way to expect none/occasional/frequent/continous lightning strikes for the near-future hours. I've seen this information somewhere on the site but I believe it was in the historical data.

Also, what about wind gust speeds in the forcasts?

Also, what about ice predictions (or is it just snow and rain)?

I've looked at the (lacking) documentation for this information. I'm just hoping that there is something I'm missing. If I can't find a source for this predictive data then my client will likely not give the green light on a big $$$ software development project. Thanks!

We don't have lightning, wind gust, or ice predictions available through the API. I'm sorry!

Are they available anywhere else on the site? Looking at the website hourly forecast below, I'm still not seeing any of these data sets.
