Logo & Icon Usage question.

I've written a small app for the Sony Ericsson LiveView, that speaks to the watch and shows local weather information. For one thing, I've had to scale down the icon ( I chose the solid white one-color one ) to fit on the 128x128 screen, the end dimensions are 120x76 -- I am displaying it on the watch while a background task loads the weather information, and gets a fix on the coarse location of the user.

I'm curious if:
1) It's ok to use it that scaled down ( The display is 1.3" across )
2) if I am allowed to display a message such as "Loading from..."
3) if I am even supposed to use the logo at all.
4) What I should do should I decide to release this app on Google Play ( Formerly Android Market )
5) If it is OK that I am using the Icon Set 9, embedded into the app, rather than downloading them independently each time, potentially on a cellphone network.

I'll admit, I've never been very good at reading legalese and such that usually accompanies things like brand licencing, so I figured I'd ask here, where a human can answer in a normal human language.
