Logo usage: color and placement

Hi there, I have 2 questions:

( 1) Can we use the 1-color logo in a neutral color other than the ones mentioned on the guidelines? I'm working on a website with a beige color scheme and would like to use the logo in a dark gray so that it wont' clash too much with the other elements on the site.

(2) I know that the logo "must be included with credit line where Weather Underground data is displayed," however how close in proximity to the data elements does the logo have to appear?

Thanks!

Thank you for asking, the color modification sounds reasonable. You can also try watermarking the logo to a transparency that helps it look good on your background while still being obviously visible. If you can't get the logo next to the weather data, in an easy to identify place is acceptable, like on a settings or about page/pane.

Thanks Brendan! We'll see what we can do.
