Missing moonrise and moonset in moon_phase

We don't seem to have moonrise or moonset in the moon_phase JSON response? When might we expect this or where did I miss same? Also there doesn't seem to be a data dictionary explaining what a given field is: for instance ageOfMoon is not self-explanatory although it has been explained in a question and response in this community. Might we also expect this sort of useful reference to be available. I realize we are looking at version 1.0 but this is needed.

I agree that moonrise and moonset times are a very important piece of missing information.
Sadly this issue has been raised a few times and over a rather longer period of time.
However the response way back then was that the team is working on it to be included.
Hmm ... seems to be the lowest of all priorities, but give it some more time. Maybe in another couple of years the moonrise and moonset times will be included. Until then just have to use a different weather service that provides these data.

That was more or less my conclusion :) And my solution! As it turns out one of the great things about writing my script in Perl is that there are a great many contributions concerning things useful. An astronomy module provided precisely what I was missing. For inquiring minds on a similar path, here are the additional modules I'm using:

use Astro::Coord::ECI;
use Astro::Coord::ECI::Moon;
use Astro::Coord::ECI::Utils qw/deg2rad/;
use Geo::WeatherNOAA;
