Hello! We are using your API for our portal and the weather for one particular location is displayed incorrectly. It is St Louis Park, MN, 55416. For some reason it is showing Ethiopia. It works the same when I search for this location on your web-site. It is a small town near Minneapolis, it is shown on google maps without any trouble but your app is not finding it. Can you please add this location to your location list ASAP! I have sent you a few requests via support and didnt get any reply. Our client is really upset! Thank you! The Case #855833. Maria

I'm so sorry it took me so long to find this, Maria.  I'm pretty sure I know what's wrong, so cross your fingers that it's easy to fix.

Maria, can you send me an API call that produces this as well?  They're telling me it's only on the web site, not on the API.  Send it via email to victoria.gardner@ibm.com.

Hope that helps.

Have you tried it without the period after St?

Yes, we tried with and without the period. When we put Minneapolis instead of St Louis Park it works fine (and actually it is the same place on google maps), but the property legal address is St Louis Park, so we can not keep it as Minneapolis even when St Louis Park is a small suburb of Minneapolis.

Not yet.  I am working on it!  But it's a difficult week to get people to respond quickly.

Maria, I'm sorry I don't have better news, but the techs tell me that it's unlikely to be resolved before the end of the year.  I know your work-around is not ideal, but at least now you know someone has heard you and it will be taken care of.
