No PWS data showing on Weather Underground KIDMERID103

"My Devices" shows my PWS is ONLINE.  But all data is blank on wunderground.com  KIDMERID103

Did you do something like delete the station and add it back, or something that would cause your station key to change.

Or did you try and edit the station in your Accurite account that may have lost the key information?

Just thinking out loud here.

Thanks for the reply. Negative. The data from Acurite just quit showing up on weather underground.... Even though it shows "Active" in my devices in my wunderground account. I've been wondering if it's part of all the Weather Underground website stuff. The data has been missing for about a week now. I've done all the usual system resetting on my end.

This is actually a weird response that I have never seen. Usually when a station is offline WU reports station offline and the data is just blank. I have never seen the double dash before.  Corrupt data?  Out of range? 

Victoria,  Is there an defined response for the double dash?

I have not heard of anyone having this issue. Does the data show on your Acurite account?

If so I might suggest deleting the share and then adding it back again.

My second step would be to contact Acurite support.

I really don’t think it’s a WU issue.

I am having the same issue except that the Weather Underground web site shows my station and my station information but the Android Apps on my phone and tablet will not display my PWS.  My station ID is KNCROUGE8.  I just noticed this in the last couple days.

Clay, if you are having problems with the Android app, you should fill out the feedback either through the app on or the WU web site:  https://feedback.weather.com/?b_id=17298

The Android developers are generally not reading through all the comments in this Forum.

I see the double dash on your dashboard for UV using chrome (web interface)

Everything else looks good!

The iOS app dose not provide UV or solar data even if station provides the info.

There is a UV forecast tab.

Thanks. I don't have a UV detector so I would not expect UV data to show up.  The issue I am having isn't with the web site. The data shows up there correctly and agrees with my Acurite app. I also do not have an iOS device to try the iOS version of the app. The problem is with the Android app. My station shows up on the map on the Android app but when I click on it, I am not getting my station. I am getting a different station (possibly the airport that is 10 miles or so away).

David, WU stopped receiving data about 10:40 am your time on April 4.  https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KIDMERID103/graph/2019-04-4/2019-04-4/daily

There was nothing going on then with the WU web site that would have had anything to do with data ingestion.  

Tom's suggestions are good ones.

I honestly don't rely on the /Devices page when I'm trying to solve problems.  The PWS Dashboard is the way to figure out what's going on with data, at least as a first step.

Not to confuse any issues but my station shows connected. Cam1 and Cam2 show connected on the devices page, offline in the data page (even though it shows the current pic), and offline on the station dashboard.

I think this is one of the issues yet to be worked out completely.

If you have no data. You are offline.

The only other thing is the station is sending corrupted data. I might consider replacing the batteries in the sensor array.

The reason for this is if you are going to pull the batteries out to reset the array, you might as well change them anyway.

I would also suggest using the energizer lithium battery.

I have the same problem here.  Station KWAEDWAL3.  Mine stopped reporting at 9am PST on 4/4.  I'm wondering if it has to do with Acurite.  I didn't pay to "upgrade" a system that has been working fine for years.
