No Summary Data On WU Page

My apologies if I am posting in the wrong place.  I don't believe this is an API issue.

I have a PWS that sends data to WU and the "Current Conditions" is correct/accurate and the "Weather History Graphs" are fine.  However, for the past 2 weeks there has been no data posted in the "Summary" area.

Here is what I mean:

I believe this is causing my station to fail the QC test.

I sent an email to WU support but have not heard back from them yet.  Any ideas what might cause this and if there is anything I can do to fix?

We have a similar problem, but slightly opposite. Data is showing in our summary area but the WU graphs have gaps in their display.

Not all our stations have this issue only a handful. We even set up a completely new station on WU but got the same results. We've audited our API post and the data is correct from our side, post response is successful from WU.

Same issue with WU support, several emails and contact form submissions made over last few months, no response

Hello.  I see your daily summary is back online.  My station (IBOQUETE7) has never been up and running.  Did you do something specific in order to get it working again?

Hi Jovan , yes my daily summary is back online.  I have only commented on all the forums and sent a complaint by mail to WU. I see many stations have been corrected now, I hope everything returns to normal.Thanks.

The last day my summary has data is March 20.  From March 21st on it is blank.  Sounds consistent with your experience Areco 747.

My station is KORBEND170.

Mine seems to be back now.  I did not do anything other than email support and post here.  I will be making a hardware change soon, so I am glad this might be resolved before then.

Thanks!  Just checked mine and it's up for the first time ever.  Someone must've looked at my comment and done something about it.  This seems to be happening for awhile in WU.  Glad they're doing something about it.  Cheers!

Geert, I'm afraid I don't understand.  When I click on the various modes and earlier dates for your PWS, I see data just fine.  When visiting it does seem to not load anything automatically.

Can you send me a screen shot and explain what exactly is failing, on what web browser/platform?

I have replicated the problem and reported it to the people who need to address it.  I will let you know when I hear anything about when it might be fixed.

Note that I have replicated the problem only for the most recent few days.  Once you go back a bit, it seems to work fine.  And only the Daily Summary seems to have issues.

Keep in mind that this is the API Forum -- most of the people who directly work with the web site and PWS are not reading this.  I'm sorry I missed this for so long.

I heard back from the web development team that has been working on the PWS page.  This is part of a page rewrite that the web team plans to be up by the end of January 2019.

So Geert and Terry, hang on, please!  It's being worked on and they know you're asking about it!

I have been having the same problem as are some of the stations that I monitor, I assumed that this was part of the shut down and just kind of was aggravated, but felt that there was nothing I could do about it.

No, nothing on the web site should be part of the API shut down.  Don't be aggravated in silence!  I am happy to answer questions about what is and isn't API-related, and do what I can to pass problems on to the correct people.

Hi, Terry!

No, so far as I know, there is no publicly available discussion of the web interface.  I assume it's all proprietary.  But you can always ask me.
