Paid Subscription not reflected in my account, key is now blocked for over-use.

Invoice #37195, paid, but I can't get API access as I've exceeded the free tier usage... please help! I've emailed twice and posted a ticket....

Hi, 

It looks like you are hitting a feature outside of your plan, hourly 10 day forecast.

If you exceed 500 calls to that, you have exceeded your allotment for the day, and your key is shut off.
