Paid Subscription not reflected in my account, key is now blocked for over-use.

I paid for subscription this Friday 10.26 and upgraded to Shower account. Invoice 4093. This information doesn't seem to be reflected in my online account, and we were charged all our raindrops for using more than 'dev' level with this key. Contents of my email surely indicated we could start using system at level we paid for. Now our testing and development is blocked and I can't find phone number or email for support.
