PWS is online but no devices visible in my profile

My PWS has been working normally for about 5 years.  I haven't changed anything.  Recently my webcam vanished and I noticed that in My Profile/My Devices my PWS is not listed at all (even though the PWS is still online and posting data) - so I'm unable to reassign my webcam.  Somehow the profile has been corrupted. Any suggestions?  I don't want to delete the account if possible given the years of data in it.

Also, even though the location is correctly listed in the browser, different (and incorrect) locations are showing in iOS and Android WU apps.

Appreciate any advice.

Yes, please don't attempt to delete your account; it probably won't help.  

Would you either post your station name/ID here, or drop me an email?  I am working on some similar problems at the moment.

And if anyone else is reading this and says, "That's me, too!" and has not reached me via email or the online feedback form yet, please go ahead and email me with your station id as well.  We're attempting to handle this systematically, but taking information can help ensure no one is missed.

Thanks Victoria for helping with this.  Now IVICTORI470 is showing as offline in a browser, even though it's up and running and uploading normally to my own offsite server. Even more weirdly, it is listed on the Android WU app as online, though with the wrong station name (but the correct location on the WU map)!!

Hi Victoria. I am having a similiar problem. My PWS is no longer listed in My Devices. However, if you look under "About this weather station" in the WU app, it shows me as the Owner. I will email you. I did email WU Support, but haven't heard back yet. Thank you.

Actually since my last post a few days ago my PWS is now offline on browsesr and all apps (Android and iOS) and has vanished from the wundermap - even though it is live and uploading normally to my own server.  The mystery deepens.

I just had the same problem
I was registered yesterday i activated my station
I can see this working normally on the front
but not in my devices 
My station is

I am having the same issue. It shows ONLINE in Manage My Devices, but OFFLINE in Station Summary on WU. My WU app shows the stations current conditions. My station (Davis Vantage Pro 2) is online and showing in Weatherlink. How do I fix this?
