Hi, all of sudden the following query is being rejected "exceeding rate plan":

http://api.wunderground.com/api/cd3b2dc51dd67e26/conditions/q/02115.xml

We are just doing this a maximum of a few dozen times per day for testing (less than 100 times per week)  from an experimental university research program.  Have we exceeded some limit on our free account?  Please advise, as this is breaking our research.

Thanks, Prof. Charles Rich (Worcester Polytechnic Institute)

Your API key should be private, Posting it here, or other places will lead to the possibility of it being coopted by other people.  I would suggest you regenerate your API key.

Additionally there are transaction per minute rates, if you pass 10 transactions per minute, you will be shut off. Developer keys are not intended for use in any applications other than prototyping applications, I would reccomend you upgrade to a paid key.

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply!  I am sorry about posting my key here (I am a bit new to this).  I also didn't know about the 10 transactions per minute restriction.   Even in intense debugging, I don't think I restarted the system that quickly :-).  It only gets the data when I start it.

In any case, I just applied for and obtained a new developer key (the old one was gotten by one of my grad students a long while ago).  Could you please cancel this key?

Thanks, -CR
