radar image empty or not refresh since 2 days on Europe. what happens

it's just empty for last week or so - whole Europe expect UK is blank!

Very good application I have to buy it today. I would like to get photos of the members of my site who instaWeather to place on my site. My site is an amateur radio website absolutely free link to your application would be highlighted. I 've already an institutional p with Bambuser for videos.
