Radar images old and not updating

It seems that the europe rain images are old and not updating correctly. For example http://api.wunderground.com/api/xxxxx/radar/image.gif?noclutter=1&maxlat=60&maxlo... stays always the same. And the Wundermap shows the same problem: http://wxug.us/1vap8. What's going on? I rely on this informations for my App.

Thanks,

Hi, I'm having the same problem, it appeared on the 21st of july evening.
The images seem fine on the US but stay the same ever since on Europe. Please update us on the situation.

I am having the same issue with a US radar GIF as well. It does not appear to be updating the radar image properly, however the timestamp of the image in the upper left-hand corner is correct, nor is the application throwing errors, so it is getting new data from the server.

Some of the data appears to be okay, however there is a rain overlay that is simply stuck in several frames of the GIF. Have attempted clearing cached data, deleted the saved image, rebooted image hosting the service - all with no change.

I would like to get an update regarding this information as well.

Thanks,
Sean

I too am having problems with the radar image api. Turning off rainsnow distinction seems to temporarily solve the problem.

Jay,

I am seeing the exact same rain overlay stuck on my images as well, as I am focusing on a very similar section of Michigan for my application.

Same here. My application uses the weather radar api and focuses on West Michigan. Been stuck for a few days. Changing my URL parameter to not include rainsnow=1 has temporarily solved the issue until they fix the problem.

The radar issue was fixed today.  The data was not getting to the right place as of July 21, and we were able to fix the process.  Sorry for the troubles this caused.

What happened? Some kind of caching error?
