Record Temp for Day

Can I find the record temp for a given day of the year? For instance, could I find that the record high temp for January 10th in my zip code was in 2005 and was 32 degrees? It seems that the almanac only does the record for today's date...

Thanks for the help.

You're right! I'm sorry, we don't have that available right now, though we do have the data. I've added it to our development list for our upcoming dev cycle.

Looks like this post is pretty old. Any update on when this feature will be available to your API?

I need to get Avg High and Avg Low for everyday of the year for a specific location. Looks like the Almanac API will only return today's Avg still and there's no way I see to change the query to run the almanac API call for a different day.

I do see that it can manually be seen at the link below for any day and any location. Any way to get it via API yet?

Not yet, I'm afraid. The item remains on a list of requested features.

I could really use this feature. Is there a date for it yet?

This is really an important feature for us.  Is there any plan to implement this in the API?  The almanac API call is pretty useless to us if we can't call it for a specific day of the year...
