Satellite images stuck for days, in both API and your Wunderground app (but not Storm app!)

For days now satellite images have been fixed. Nothing moves. I get the same image exactly today as I got yesterday for this example request:

http://api.wunderground.com/api/(YOURAPIKEYHERE)/satellite/image.gif?num=0&newmaps=0&lat=11.178401873711778&lon=-56.25&radius=1218&radunits=km&width=1024&height=1024&key=sat_ir4&smooth=1&basemap=0&borders=0&frame=0&timelabel.x=16&timelabel.y=240&timelabel=0

Note that radars seem to be working fine (in the places that have them).

Another shocking point is that if I try your new Storm app I DO get visible clouds over say Rio de Janeiro, animating at usual rate (not every hour but still updates every 2-3 hours as it did before on wunderground and API).

Are you planning on fixing this soon for paid API users (and your own wunderground app?)

Satellite animation are stopped since Jan. 23. The official Wunderground app display probably the same animation since  Jan. 23.

And the problem is visible in the response (X-DataTime) it returns Jan 23
I also signaled the issue by email and still no official response.

We are trying to figure out a new backend solution to this to get past the problem.  I inform the development team when the issue is reported here.

Satellite is fixed.  We are working on getting the higher resolution data into the satellite imagery as well.
