Stuck humidity sensor on personal weather station KMASTOW1

The personal weather station KMASTOW1 has a stuck humidity sensor. This has been going on since January 1 and causes weather conditions for Stow, MA to be reported incorrectly with a constant relative humidity of 98%. You should either get the station owner to fix his equipment or choose a different station as the default for zip code 01775.
