I am looking to incorporate wuderground precip and temp forecast data into my app. However, I am hoping to get some information in the on the technology use to produce the hourly forcast:

  • Is the forecast data driven through an analysis of nearby observed data with a machine learning tool such as a neural net?
  • It is produced with a climate model? If so, what model?
  • If is derived from other forecast info/tools distributed by NOAA? If so, which info/tools?
  • How is probability assigned to precip forecast data?
  • Are there any papers published that document the tools and tech used in wunderground forecasting.
These are the kinds of questions I am trying to answer.

In the hourly10day Forcast machine learning is used, and the data we see in it is finalized with the help of data analytic tool, and the truth behind that tool is the algorithms that gives hourly forcast, while you make this  you can use machine learning algorithms or unsupervised learning algorithms with the help of this you can make such productive thing and if you want to go through the neural ink side than it would be difficult and lengthy to make hourly forcast. I make 3 successful tools with the help of algorithms so i think you can also go with that.
I hope you find my answer useful.
