temp and feelslike are the same in hourly

This question was posted 3 years ago.  The problem is never addressed or solved.  
"conditions" gives different temp and feelslike.   But "hourly" give a same reading for both temp and feelslike.  Could you please explain?

Interesting things.
  1. The heat_index is available on the web link, but is NA on the api? 
  2. The conversions between temp_c and feelslike_c to {0}_f don't make sense. Temperature is 24.9 and converts to 76.8. Feels like is 26 and also converts into 76.8? If you look the web ui shows 79 and 26C to F is actually 78.8 which makes sense.

I just tried, and it looks like you can't edit your post. You will want to regenerate your key and replace it wherever you're using it.
