If I send a query for weather conditions based on latitude and longitude coordinates then what is the radius in which the weather conditions are predicted relative to those coordinates?

Depends on if that matches to a weather station. Forecasts are made for weather station points, so the forecast will be for the closest station.

The max distance away from a station for a forecast is about 40km

Is this the max radius for stations returned from the Geolookup API feature?

@Bram Desete, you can invoke "geolookup" api and see it yourself. The distance_km and distance_mi are present for each of the personal weather station.

Ex:{
"neighborhood":"OHDOT 82-IR77 MM 36",
"city":"Buffalo",
"state":"OH",
"country":"US",
"id":"MOH074",
"distance_km":41,
"distance_mi":24
}
