Unchanged Api Limit After Upgrading

Hi we upgraded our plan to support 100,000 calls today and yet we keep getting emails that say we are over our 500 call limit. Any one have any ideas how to fix this? No one seems to respond to support emails:

This feature_id has been disabled for the remainder of the day: history.
We check usage for 24-hour periods based on U.S. Eastern Time.

Hi Lee, 
History is not included in your plan, you get 500 calls for personal use, but we no longer sell that data through this portal.

Hey Tim, thanks so much for the reply! So there is no way to get more than 500 calls for history period? If not is there another provider that provides this?

Lee, data plans with history data are available through The Weather Company:  http://biz.weather.com/WU-Data-API_Data-Package-Demo-Request.html
