Failure to downgrade subscription

I have tried to downgrade my subscription to developer for almost 3 weeks now without success. So far, I did not get any reaction to my reported problem.
When I try to downgrade my subscription to developer, I get the following error message "Attention! Could not change subscription due to an unknown error."

I get the same error trying to upgrade my subscription

Right now it's using up Rain drops because I can't upgrade

DigitalJB, I checked both your keys and they seem in good standing. Try again to updated, we had some issues with it. If not, get in touch with tech support and mention which key you're having trouble with.
