I have recieved an email that tells me that my account has been disabled because it has passed the 500 calls limit today, but the problem is that my account limit for calls is 5,000 not 500, and I still have 13 raindrops left. My users start complaining about my application as they can't update anything on the app. Please fix this issue.

Contact Tech Support with your key so we can investigate. You're probably hitting a feature that is not covered in your 5,000 per day.

I contacted them, but one of the agents (William) told me that I have a Stastrus plan, while I have an Anvil. My customers complain it and if this error would be on behalf of WU, I wish you understand that I have rights to complain.

The error you're getting is because you are making history calls. I see William is trying to resolve this with you. The thing that's happening is that you're making history calls, but you don't have the history option selected. If you pay for history, it will add to your package, and then you can make 5,000 calls to history. I think William is getting back to you with that answer now, I just reviewed this with him.

Thank you for contacting them. Yu are right, they contacted me. Seems like that problem is with history feature. I use history on my app to get only the hourly information of the whole day (only the day that we are on) and I do not use any of historical precious features to pay for that. I was told to make all requests into one single request. How does it help and can I do it from Wunderground or should I modify my application?
