URGENT! wrong API usage setting - we pay for Shower but get developer

Dear Support,

first of all I want to state that this is a really urgent request. We are a young company that developed an intelligent heating control that uses the wunderground weather api. All heating controls we have are malfunctioning currently due to the API is wrongly out of quota. 

We get an API usage alert mail with following content:
Your wunderground API key (xxx) exceeded its allotted usage today by making 42 calls within a minute but the limit is 10.
The plan you are registered for is Stratus - Shower, granting you 100000 calls per day with 1000 calls per minute limit for all of the features in the Stratus package.

Payment is done and we cannot understand why we don't get the calls we pay for.

it is not resolved. We are still waiting for a reply. We are starting to work tomorrow to use an alternativ service provider.

The plan you are paying for does not include Hourly 10 Day, which is what you're trying to access.  Email  api@weather.com to talk to a B2B person about an option to get on a dedicated plan if this is part of your business.

I'm having the exact same issue.  Paid for Drizzle (100 calls per minute) and am getting cut out because I exceeded my limit of 10 calls per minute, with 28????
