We have two weather station in the City that I manage. Our citizens use them all the time. We have also been experiencing problems with data display. Our Hobo account shows that the stations are online and reporting, but WU shows no data. I can sometimes fix it by using the test feature from the Hobo interface to reconnect to WU. But lately, that has stopped working.
WU reporting has become very unreliable and I will need to take it down from the City website if I cannot get it fixed. ANY suggestion as to a remedy for this problem would be very appreciated.

Having same issue with "NO DATA" showing on widget and no response from support desk. Very frustrating. I guess we'll have to remove it from our site also.

We have removed the WU widget from our website pages. I get the feeling that since WU was purchased, the new management turned off the lights and walked away.

Dear all, it would be fine with me if there is a change of policy that is announced early enough. I understand that WU has become so massive that decisions need to be made. What I do not understand is that this is not simply stated. Besides that, the widgets are still on offer on their websites (also showing "no data"). Why not just explain what is going on: are people working on it or is it being abandoned?

Gkoper, They are migrating to new backend systems, and some stickers will have limited functionality right now. In my case: no data changing sometimes to temperature value but it's one- two times of the day. We have to be patient, there's no other way. :)

it would approve of me if there is a difference in strategy that is reported sufficiently early. I comprehend that WU has turned out to be massive to the point that choices should be made. What I don't comprehend is this isn't just expressed. Other than that, the gadgets are still on offer on their sites (likewise indicating "no information").

Many of these widgets have fallen behind in support even from their third-party creators. If you are having problems, I would suggest making sure you know who created it before posting here, so that reports can include information such as that. It's very difficult to follow up on any of these problems when it's just a generic "X is not working" with no report of a URL, a station, or similar details.
From what I can tell in your response to another stream in the forum, this fixed itself, whatever it was.
