When I go to add my my URL webcam http://76.27.37.190:8888/out.jpg I get "URL must be valid and end with .jpg". This URL is valid and ends in .jpg. Why is the URL not being accepted?

No suggestions from anyone? My webcam URL is valid and ends in jpg http://76.27.37.190:8888/out.jpg. Why is it not being accepted? I emailed support with no response which is why I'm asking here.

Tricky to change the port now, I share this cam link with a few other groups including the National Weather Service.
